“Andre is a passionate self starter, capable of exceeding delivery expectations on any mandate presented to him. His enthusiasm flows out and ignites others. Through his role as Manager Frameworks and Methodologies within Africa Central PMO at ABSA (now Africa Technology, Barclays Africa Group Limited), I have experienced him to be a true leader. He does not hold back on sharing his vast knowledge of different change frameworks and methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, instead he incorporated the information gathered from various sources and created an optimal delivery process based on good practices. He believes in what he has delivered and he evangelized the approved Change Framework convincing even the most hostile of audiences. He is a respected voice in the Africa Central PMO as well as in the Project Management and Leadership community of Africa Technology.”

“Andre's extensive knowledge and expertise on frameworks and methodologies made him instrumental in guiding our project team to adopt a new methodology and way of working. Andre can be considered as a true subject matter expert and his keen professional acumen makes him the obvious choice as consultant.”

“Andre has provided highly competent advice to the evolving PMO function in Barclays Africa, based on his own deep knowledge of different change frameworks and systems including Agile, Waterfall, and Hopper. His work has been guided by a desire to be objective on the approach that the PMO Should adopt, consequently he has rapidly been recognised as someone adding great value to our discussions in the absence of a personal agenda. HIs contributions have consistently reflected his deep subject knowledge and understanding of the challenges of establishing a PMO structure and approach that will succeed across a business in Africa totalling 40,000 employees in 13 countries. I have no hesitation in recommending him as someone who will add value to any organisation.”

“Andre has been supporting the Africa Central PMO at ABSA (now Barclays Africa Group Limited) since January this year as the Head of Frameworks and Methodologies. The value he has added in this short space of time has been incredible. He has single handedly turned around the process maturity across the entire Change Lifecycle for Africa and continues to make great strides. His strength in effective collaboration has brought all Africa Control owners to the table in ensuring standardisation of change execution across BAGL. He has been reliable, pro-active and a self starter needing little or no management direction to deliver on his mandate. He has been inclusive in his approach of all stakeholders and his vast experience and SME knowledge allows him to hold his own even under the most hostile interactions (no PM enjoys compliance!). He is trusted, liked and respected. I value his contribution more than I can express and I have no doubt that his continued involvement will see us building a world class execution framework across business and technology change.”
