Roles & Responsibilities

Successfully established an EPMO from the ground up and defined, established and embedded all required governance structures, Communities of Practice, methodologies, templates, examples and a well-defined operating rhythm across multiple business units and divisions of an ASX-listed company.

Successfully rolled out a number of organizational policies and procedures across various project management disciplines, i.e. effective risk and issue management, project initiation and planning, dependency management, project status reporting and project financial management.

Successfully established and headed up a portfolio and project management Community of Practice, mainly utilized for mentoring and coaching in excess of 50 project managers across various business units, collectively managing projects with a total end-to-end budget of $200M+.

Successfully established and embedded scheduling guidelines across 8 different projects which collectively formed the “OPTUS-nbn-program of work”;

Successfully refined and reconfigured the project planning tool in use by the 8 project managers (Microsoft Project Server 2013);

Successfully redefined and deployed the dependency management policy across 8 projects; and

Successfully mentored and coached 8 project managers on best practices for project scheduling, and owned and maintained the master schedule for the program of work.
