• Audited and evaluated the IBM® RUP® adoption effort at FACE Technologies, and made a number of recommendations with regards to ways in which to better use the IBM® RUP® and the underlying IBM® Rational® tools on their specific software development projects, which were successfully implemented thereafter

• Successfully completed a comprehensive software development process assessment and made improvement recommendations during a short consulting engagement of 2 weeks.
